JOSEPH WEBB
Chairman

  • 20+ years global executive management experience in the resources and manufacturing industries, with previous commercial roles with Rio Tinto and Mineralogy.

  • Extensive commercial experience and a clear focus on the strategy, people and processes to maximise the potential of Wiseman Metal’s vision.

EVAN GEARITY
Exploration Manager

  • 15 years experience overseeing Alaska’s largest resource projects Kinross Fort Knox, Northern Star and Sumitomo Pogo Gold Mine and South 32’s Ambler Metals.

  • As Senior Geologist for South 32’s Ambler Metals projects, Evan brings critical project execution experience and local geological expertise.

ROB SOWERBY
Technical Director

  • 30+ years experience encompassing mineral exploration, resource assessment, due diligence and feasibility studies on major projects and government approvals.

  • Founding Director and CEO of Alligator Energy, managing the company from initial project acquisition, through IPO, to a well-funded exploration.

GARRICK MENDHAM
Director

  • 30+ years in the mining industry, with management experience including working globally with Rio Tinto and BHP, and in Alaska, within corporate planning, technical, operating, commercial and financial roles.  

  • Qualified mining engineer across base and precious metals.

  • Arrow U Deposit (NexGen), Saskatchewan

    One of the world’s largest uranium deposits with a PFS NPV value of US$3.8B; 1st hole hit ore; feasibility stage.

  • Resolution Cu-Mo Deposit, Arizona

    Resource of 1.5 Bt at 1.5% Cu, 0.04% Mo (+Au, Ag); first hole returned 400m+ of +1% Cu; a US$64B mining project to run over 60 years; Rio/BHP JV.

  • Century Zn-Pb-Ag Deposit, Queensland

    Resource of 118 Mt at 10.2% Zn, 1.5% Pb, 32g/t Ag; third hole hit ore; was one of the largest zinc mines globally with US$15B+ production value over 16 years.

  • Eagle Ni-Cu Deposit, Michigan

    Resource of 5.2 Mt at 2.93% Ni, 2.49% Cu (+Co, Au, PGE); third hole hit ore; developed and currently being mined.

  • Dugald River Zn-Pb-Ag Deposit, Queensland

    Resource of 35 Mt at 13.2% Zn, 1.5% Pb, 43 g/t Ag; developed and currently being mined.

  • Geologist with 45+ years of global experience in mineral exploration and evaluation.

  • Led teams that have discovered eight deposits that have become mines.

  • Value of actual and planned production from these deposits exceeds A$100B.
