Wiseman Metals is a platform for the exploration and discovery of copper and other base metals in the US State of Alaska.

 

Wiseman Metals is a subsidiary of Mine Discovery Fund Pty Ltd, a dedicated metals discovery multi-platform vehicle with a strategic focus on the ore body types and jurisdictions with the highest probability of exploration success coupled with true development pathways. 

We’ve secured 100% ownership of 3 district-scale assets in partnership with Doyon, Limited, traditional owners and custodians of the largest private landholding across interior Alaska.

We aim to leverage this anchor asset to build a long-term exploration platform targeting strategic metals in Alaska.

Projects

Wiseman Metals features a growing portfolio of projects,  backed by a team of accomplished geoscientists who have been instrumental in multiple Tier 1 metals mine discoveries.

All sites are ideally located adjacent to a major industrial highway, nearby towns with airstrips, accommodation, infrastructure and supporting services.

 
 
 

Doyon, Limited is the Alaska Native Corporation for interior Alaska and the largest private land owner in Alaska.

 

  • In March 2022, Wiseman Metals was awarded the Wiseman East Minerals Camp through a competitive tender process.

  • Wiseman Metals sees this as the first step in a long-term relationship with Doyon, Limited.

  • Unlike other countries, the United States settled its Alaska Native land claims – Doyon, Limited owns the surface and subsurface rights to the minerals at the Wiseman East Minerals Camp.

  • Wiseman Metals has entered into a similar agreement that an exploration company would enter with the State of Alaska, but where Doyon, Limited is the beneficiary of the royalty income facilitating their strategic objectives.


    Wiseman Metals will be looking for opportunities throughout the agreement to engage with Doyon, Limited and their villages for services and other support.
